We’re a small team, so you’ll always hear back from someone who knows your project. We aim to reply within 1 working day.

How much does a website cost?
We tailor every quote, but most websites fall between £300–£1,200 depending on what you need. We’ll always be clear and upfront.

Do I need to know what I want before getting in touch?
Not at all. We’re happy to talk things through and help you figure out what will work best.

Do you only work with Kent-based businesses?
Nope! Most of our clients are local, but we’re happy to work remotely across the UK too.

How long does a website take to build?
Most sites take 2–4 weeks depending on how many pages you need and how quickly we get content. We’ll agree a timeline with you before anything starts.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we’re happy to split payments in stages for larger projects. Just ask when we send your quote.

What platform will my website be built on?
We use Wix or Shopify depending on what suits your business best. Both are easy to manage, mobile-friendly, and ideal for small businesses.

Can you help me write the content for my website?
Yes, we can write or edit your website copy to make sure it sounds professional, is easy to read, and gets picked up by Google.

What happens after my website goes live?
We’ll make sure you know how to manage your site, and we offer ongoing SEO and update support if you’d like us to stay involved.

Do I have to commit to ongoing SEO?
Not at all. We offer one-off setup as well as weekly/monthly support. There’s no contract, you’re free to stop or pause whenever you like.

Can you help with logos, business cards or workwear?
Yes, we offer full branding design, as well as print and clothing through our design-led print service. Just let us know what you need.

I already have a logo. Can you use it?
Absolutely. We’re happy to work with any existing branding you have.

I’ve already got a website, can you improve it?
Yes, we can review your current site and recommend updates, whether it's a refresh, a rebuild, or just fixing the things that aren’t working.
